Simple Keyword Research Question

Sorry to start a thread for this but couldn't find anything.

I am researching keywords for a product and have found some low comp ones which are decent volume but they are "product review" or "best product" but just "product". Should I still go ahead and target these or do you guys only target buying phrases? I am not on google.com so the volume for buying phrases is always much lower than if I would be in the states (usually just in the hundreds).

All thoughts appreciated.

Product name is itself a buying phrase, so yes go for it.
