Simple jQuery, HTML5 work - $5

Hi,
I am looking somebody to help me design two HTML5 elements, please preview in the image and let me know you can do it

Notes:
1. I need range slider design with buttons 'plus' , 'minus' - number displays while change via mouse (left-right drag) or from buttons. Interval: minumum:0 , maximum:10
2. Radio buttons - choose one of three buttons and when clicked to be selected with some of this design on the image. In the image preview design if selected first radion button, second or third.
