Simple Instagram Automation

I am looking for a bot to help with only one personal account.
Looking to spend $10/month
In the past I have used GMT2 and Instazood and both are not alternatives at this point.
Jarvee is too expensive Socinator is a NO.
I am mainly interested in follow/unfollow since I want to "clean up" my account.
Ideally an internet based bot with very easy to use/basic set up is what I prefer.
Any recommendations?

You can hire a VA from a third-world country for a small fee to just do F/U. Like for 10-15 a month.
Fiverr / Upwork should work.
