Simple HTML conversion - Table layout to CSS

I've got an HTML layout that was done in HTML tables with inline CSS and I want it redone as clean CSS with an external style sheet. It was coded this way because it's an HTML newsletter layout but I want to use it for a web site.

The overall design is simple so it shouldn't take too long. I need it IE6+, FF3+, Chrome and Safari comparable.
