I don't know if this is still useful or not now, but check out this thread:

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/37718-unlimited-pr4-backlinks.html

Here's my simple tip to find those high PR pages on digg:

Finding a high PR page in Digg is a real bitch, it took me forever to find them. But as I was finding the odd one I recognized the usual links would show up from the same "spammers". So I checked his profile and followed along to the sites that he posted to and sure enough they all had high PR.....all of them even a few PR 6.

Here's a good profile to follow with:

    Code:
    http://digg.com/users/jimb12345/history/comments
Super easy. But like I said I don't know if it matters anymore since some folks here say the links are no follow?

    Thanks but,
Could anyone tell me if it's true that Digg has recently stopped do-follow tag?

Yes this is indeed true but only for comments. If you digg something normally it will still have a follow tag the comments however will not.

I almost cried when I noticed this today. Just recently I had figured out how to get lists of hundreds of comment pages with pagerank, even one PR7.

Hmm, I wonder what other sites out there would be good for this... any suggestions?

yea wheres the next do-follow platform?

@kieran - that would give you a link back to your digg profile page, rendering the pagerank useless
