Simple help needed to Optimize my wordpress theme

Please someone help me in adding H1 tag to wordpress blog title on Homepage, archives and 404 Pages....

I am using smartblog theme of themejunkie and its not purchased so can't take their help....

I will send the full zip file of my theme....
