I have some google+ accounts, if I just share my video with these accounts on google+ will it help rank?

I doubt it will help with rank directly but the potential for rank improvements due to increased traffic and use enagagement could definitely be beneficial if your account is active.

I think it will help. But keep in mind that you will also have to add friends in your circle in google+ in order to have many views as well as you will have a higher possibility to increase your traffic.

yes surely it will help to get rank but it is important that when you are sharing those things with your friends then your friend also share those posts and like on their profile.

Dont just depend fully on it, It should be the part of your link building. You will have to get shares from Fb,twitter etc too.
