Do you build these pages up using memes...etc or just by sharing your page with other pages? Sounds interesting

Hey i am very noobie, i do understand the idea but i would like to know hot to get an autoresponder an d how to use it, and what you mean by messenger link, sorry if this is obvious. I just feel like i can get it if i just ask a few questions..Here is a simple fb method that not requires investments - only few accounts and brain
I do adult/dating and works great for me . If you are in other niche - just twist it and let facebook spam for you
1. Create a page with personal name ( not freenetflix )
2. Set the autoresponder on page
3. Get the messenger link from your page
4. Share the messenger link on pages, groups , profiles. Facebook will not block you , as you share FB messenger link
I don't know how simpler to explain it, so use your brain

even easy just set a landing page with a deal get a affiliate for that deal .
know use a app to comment blast on that niche simple and works .
for long lasting use a cloaking app to keep links last and lower bans

Let's say, you're talking with your friends in a group. All of a sudden, a Jennifer Blonde with sexy avatar comments something like: "hey, I'm new here. i have some questions, can you message me in private" with link :m.me/etc. you click the link and it turns out to be a page, with an autoresponded message: Hi, if i'm not online, i'm also available on ...". Voila, you are led to a CPA adult site.

Could the tire sales page also be amazon or do you recommend other pages? I have already tried this with adult offers and it works like a charm but I want to scale with other niches and other social media platforms.
