Hello friends ,
First of all let me introduce myself , I was working in govt. sector in India , after I started making money online , my days changed , but found that online money making ideas saturate very fast , thus I tried to find a way which let to make the long run in this money making business and thus I know online and offline must be merged in order to make a stable change in the money making niche.
First I take leave from my work with lot of excuses in time to time like sickness , festival leaves e.t.c , I went to different cities and tried to find out what exactly the market demands all about . Everywhere I found a similar thing that , all the peoples are trying to make money , whether they are hospitals , or travel related or real-estate or health consciousness or law , everywhere services turning into money making business , thus I tried to test the things out before going big.
Delhi Zone : I seen the craze about properties here and health services + tourism , though its hard to cover up all the areas , so I started to target in one area : Real estate , apartments and property builders . I made a site related to property with simple wordpress, did good seo on local business and ranked the website good with good traffic , no rocket science here. Used google adwords to get initial fast statistics and then , hired some peoples to do my work : the marketing , In India's still effective via table to table meeting with the required clients , by taking appointments in their office , here I used the google search techniques by related keyword and zip code techniques to find clients who are spending thousands in adwords.
Now , I note down the company name , address , contact number , email and ask the hired agents to visit those peoples and make them understand with a presentation that we can give them exposure in our targeted website with only $100usd per month , thus I get almost 20-30 clients who agreed to pay that amount monthly for giving ads on our website and easily made good money . This is the first aspect now I tried to implement the local business related website with adsense and cpa offers and make good money , then I make prints of some paper pamphlets describing by spending $1kusd , they can own a website which make monthly around $80-90 usd per month and can earn passively .
My test went so good , I decided to go on big on this , I got bombarded with queries for service on large scale , but due to limited resources , I had to plan on way and thus started a JV thread on BHW and contacted some of my old partners and investors to fund and execute the project.
In the meantime my old business started getting grip :

I had purchased 2 innova cars a year before , but due to lack of time I didn't make it able to put them on business , now after travelling so much cities for Research and development I found India is a favourite destination for tourists , wherever you go , goa , mumbai , delhi , south india , you will found bunch of tourists in every season on different places .
Once I was travelling on train from delhi to mumbai , and found some tourists who were travelling along with me , they were australian and when i get them in conversation I found they are so keen about visiting so many states in a particular time which is not possible through train journeys , I got the idea, what if i provide adventurous service to india's tourist destinations with particular theme ? Like spooky tour "bhangarh , goa three kings place , headless ooty ghost" , and like "meed the curves of india "himachal and kashmir tours" or "sexy goa" packages like these attracts foreign tourists too much , so i decided on using my 2 unused cars in this purpose, but for that I need to get "corporate registration number " and two drivers in this purpose.
I did the same and went to tour of manali this time , I found a lot of foreign tourists there , have talked to them normally just like a visitor myself and offer them to travel with me on himachal with some fees . They easily agreed and asked some of their friends to come also , but limited to 2 cars i didn't afford to have much tourists in my car , though for whole himachal i got like $5000usd and thats a lot , yes its a lot.
This testing went out so well that I decided to purchase more cars in this purpose , though I am planning to do this on JV with partner so i can purchase good in numbers , soonly will update you guys regarding my both successful money making ideas.
Money can be made easily if researched the market in a proper way , we can make easy money with basic things and the most effective way is to combining the online and offline techniques , you guys can try out these with different niches on your own home countries and can see its very effective . We all still believe a person more than we believe internet , we have technology but manpower is always needed when it comes converting leads , thus came the marketing peoples , we are making money and giving employment also. This is something very effective guys.
