what does camouflage url means?

Camouflage, is when you are link building on top of your 1st Tier backlinks like a link pyramid. When you are link building directly to your money site, this is not camouflage.

Answer above is not correct.

Camo URL's are ones that keep your BMD accounts safe by posting "authority" bookmarks to them mixed in with your self servicing ones.

If you keep booking brand new URL's in a self serving manner you accounts at most of the high PR bookmarkinbg sites will get banned pretty quickly.
So prevent this you put some URL's or RSS feeds from established authority sites in the (Microsoft, CNN, ESPN, Universities...whatever)
THat way you posting on each account won't be so obviously self promotional and your account will be less likely to get banned.
