Is there a reason you're doing 1 article per web 2.0 blog? Isn't it better to just have one web 2.0 blog and run the chance of making it a "mega informational blog"?
Great strategy btw, I will try this soon with scraped articles.
What program you use to scrape articles and spin them? I'm thinking of Spinchief Elite?

Since you avoided the question before, I assume you are only using the main keywords?
So you have 2 links per web2 blog pointing at the same url on the moneysite? In that case you are linking twice to the same link, meaning only 1 will be counted and the other one is useless. You're better off pointing the second link to an authority site like WikiPedia or Google or whatever for more trust.

The lesson here is that madeye actually did something and reported his experience to the forum.
He simply created 20 web 2.0s with crap spun content and linked the hell out of them with wikies,bookmarks,articles and then AA comments.
It is a simply strategy but a strategy that seems to work.

Same thing here. All my stuff also goes into oblivion when I blast the tier 1 with garbage links.
But I wonder if things are the same for both new and old sites? Maybe it's only new sites that goes into oblivion when the tier 1 is blasted (i.e. old sites might stay despite such blasts)
What do you mean by treating each tier as a money site? That you build a few links to your money site (tier 1), a few links to your tier 1 links (tier 2), etc.?

Most of us learn to use software like Ultimate Demon or SEnuke. If you want to buy services then the BST section is your best bet.

This will bite you in the ass after the new google update that's coming. All those blog comments and stuff I'm sure are garbage, garbage that will eventually link to your website, so you better know where they are all going so in the future you want to save your website you'll have to delete them.
