Simple Age Verification Page [HTML]

Few days ago I started with problems using direct redirect to the offers so I added a simple landing page which solved the problem, but I need more for my other offers.

The problem is that my html knowledge is very limited so I'm not able to design a good landing page. I stoled this one (mobile responsive) with HTTrack (Download here).

I wonder if anyone can share more splash pages like this one or sites which uses this kind of splash pages and I will download it with HTTrack.

Yes, It's mine. If it's against the rules I can remove and upload it to a free hosting without the crackrevenue's link although It's evident that I just used it to ilustrate what I'm looking for
