simple 5$ work to edit this wp theme

i am using tinynews theme.(http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/templates-themes/172323-get-tiny-news-premium-wp-theme.html) i have some problem with auto thumb. auto thumb work fine when i manually upload images(from my desktop), but when i try to remote uploaded images this does not work. i use "hot-linked-image-cacher" plugin to save images in my server but this does not work. some one can help me???

Did you figure this out I am having the same problem on tinynews and all of my other sites. How can you do this?
