Simple $1.500+ Monthly Method

So I was thinking, I need to start a project but right now I don't have the money that I need for it.
So first I have to find a method that doesn't require investments/little investment.
And I came up with an idea, this is nothing new but I think it could be still useful if done right.

Basically, I need to do a lot of research in my area and find any business (doctors, dentists, shops etc) that doesn't have a website.
Then contact them and ask why and if they would like to have one, explaining all the advances of a website that anyone can find on Google just searching for example 'eyeglass shop in Xcity'.
Most of them will hang up, will say 'no thanks' etc etc but at least some people will accept.

So far the idea look good to me but, how much I should charge them? I was thinking about $250.
And also, what should I use for make these websites? WordPress with some nice premium theme looks good for me.

Any ideas?

First of all, the title is misleading and I suggest you to change it as you didn't present any method to instruct people how to make $1500 in your post.

Secondly, you can charge these clients $1200 - $1500 and find an outsourcer to do it for you for $300. Wordpress is the best.

yes, $250 is way to low. You will need to contact many businesses to get 1 lead.

Those type of professionals won't take you seriously for $250.

I suggest looking up 7878's method of obtaining offline clients. It could give you some ideas and use those tactics in your marketing plan.

Yeah after I wrote the first post now the title looks misleading, but I don't see any options to change the title.
So if any mod can do this, please change it to 'Simple method, need some ideas'.

Anyway, $1200 looks too high to me, and I don't need to outsource because I can make a good WordPress site by myself.

Why it shouldn't work?

Let's say that I will charge $1000 for this.
I will need a website where I can show some samples and then just start searching clients.
Over 100 business/shops/doctors etc at least 1 or 2 will accept.

Why ask, just do it. No one can tell you what works what dont. It u yourself to find out...
