Is it okay to have three similar urls when it comes to getting them indexed and for ranking on Google?

example:
samsung-galaxy-watch-4
samsung-galaxy-watch-5
samsung-galaxy-watch-6

The content is unique for each url. However, it looks like Goolge doesn't want to index them.

Page is not indexed: URL is unknown to Google

II submitted those urls in GSC.

Its better to keep permalinks unique on the same domain. It looks like spamming. Plus it will be hard to rank them and confuse the google which url is more relevant for the targeted keyword.

I'm afraid this will lead to content cannibalism problems, Imo it's better to create a silo for them

exactly like yours, there's no problem with it,
I would add a main article/page for the "Samsung Galaxy Watch" in your case, for broader searches, basic silo structure

You should have them describe what you want to achieve because otherwise it will look like spam to Google.

What do you mean by that? Making those urls descriptive while including the keywords?


I asked Google to index them and they stay: Page is not indexed: URL is unknown to Google

The content is unique on all those pages.

Pretty much every time Google indexes my pages in seconds.
