What can I realistically do with a SIM card reader like this.
It can read up to 50 sims at a time

Does it have any software attached?

Can it read the sms and put it in a dashboard via API?

I have this machine, it can fit 64 SIM cards, but you need to have a SIM card, especially in countries that issue anonymous SIM cards.
