Silo Structure - Static Template

Ok, so after some debate i'm developing my own theme, i can fix most of the leaks but the usage of some plugins will make it a bit harder. Ajax menus, etc are the way to go, and my content doesn't require updates. To build the theme i've used underscores as a base that required some serious hacking.

I'm going to to use 2 or 3 levels deep.

As anyone experienced any Over Optimization Penalty? This silo structure is a white model but sometimes i'm curious if it triggers google algos.

Re. the "speed" issue of wordpress

What these plugins do is show a static version of your wordpress site to web browsers and search engines - so you have the advantage of wordpress CMS, as well as the speed and security of a static HTML site

I am not a dev but I managed to stop a premium theme from bleeding links.
