Of course, anyone can start up Silk Road again. That's what happens on a web with no domain names and no trademark laws.
Personally I'd get my drugs and guns from BMR or Sheep though, just for the time being.

Can you be a bit more specific.
You use BitCoin for paying but what about the shipping. Then again, if I want drugs or weapons all I have to do is go to the park at night, but they're expensive.

Buying drugs or guns in the park sounds like an extremely bad idea, unless you are really friendly with the guys down there. At least SR is reputation based. All decent sellers have reviews.
