Just look for this search on google

"public timelines micro blogging sites"

it shows a list of 266k results, most of them from sites using free script laconi.ca ( now status.net) created to build and manage a microblog sites

signup using some openID, go to profile page and fill it with your site URL, then write some crappy text like "hi everyone..." to the status, your message includes your username that takes a link to your public profile page with your site URL, didn't checked status.net last releases but this link should pass PR juice

great is someone would build and share some tool that makes it while sleeping...

I pasted that into Google but I think you must have put a typo in there or something because I couldnt find anything.

If you put this in however you will find loads of sites

Another good one is

this is very strange, even with typo google should show you some results and also suggest you another phrase

I get 599k results with

and 820k results with
public timelines micro blogging sites
