Signup help !

Hello.
First, i'm a little nub into CPA stuff. I've tryed all the methods readed here to signup easily into a CPA network, but with no reason. I've tryed CPAllead and Adscend (3 timed rejected from both of them).
Is here a kind person to help me joining both of them, or just one of them? In return, if i succeed joining i'll give him one of my tv-shows website (maked for helping me into joining a CPA network).
I'm despered ... and i don't wanna give up, but i need a little help :|

If you have a website you shouldn't rejected by adscend and cpa lead

i have a website and i still got rejected, but ************** said they dont do incentive offers..
