I have about 2800 profile backlinks I got from an xrumer service that are all viewable by the public and are definitely there as I checked em all through scrapebox link checker. I've utilized just about every pinging service known to man for the last 5 days, and even using linklicious, RSS announcer and just about every avenue documented on these forums. Nevertheless, only about 35 of the 2800 profiles are indexed by google! Does anyone have any input or feedback, thanks!

Did he spin the usernames and the Info like Country,Interests etc ?

You could try feedlisting and other RSS services...
And try running them throught a Spam Blog that usually helps me quite a lot to get them indexed!

When was these links created? It takes time for forum profiles to get picked up specially by Google. Yahoo seems to be a bit faster. When I run a big blast it can take up to 2 - 3 weeks for the majority of links to be indexed (naturally).

After a few days of the blast you should start seeing the first backlinks then you should gradually start seeing more and more. Patience.

If you want links indexed faster then I know two good ways and those are:

1, The rapid indexer addon in Scrapebox. I recommend Scrape your own indexer services. You can find good footprints for that here on BHW. I run this on a dedi windows box with 100 connections - if you do the same you will need a bit of bandwith.

2, Create RSS feeds for your backlinks. I can recommend links2rss.com then submit the feeds everywhere. Maximum 20 links per feed.

Good luck man and again patience!

Backlink the backlinks. Then backlink those. Keep creating RSS feeds and submitting them and backlink the RSS feeds. Use the plugin backlink energizer I think it's called to feed your links to web 2.0 sites.

That's a few suggestions. I don't even worry about getting them all indexed just start creating a network of backlinks to backlinks and build juice down the line to your site.

Thanks for all the quality replies. I have used all the RSS feed stuff and I have also used SB to backlink the backlinks on spam blogs etc. I definitely agree that Yahoo indexes them a lot quicker as over 1/2 are indexed by yahoo whereas little to none are for google!

I was wondering if anyone else has any input with regard to the argument that google only really takes into account profile backlinks that are from root domains with high PR? Since I don't own xrumer i often purchase the xrumer blasts and it would be useful to know if I should start really going for quality over quantity or the reverse?

Thanks again for all the input

I really wouldn't obsess about showing up in YSE or Google index. In our experience once google crawls your links you get credit, regardless of whether it shows up. G knows if you have weak backlinks and it'll often just toss it out of the index because it is so weak. You can build backlinks to your links to juice them up, but I personally would take those same links and point them to my 2.0/tier2/money site.

Building RSS feeds is a good way to improve crawl rate because profiles are generally not found at a high rate. Pinging the RSS feeds will double or triple your crawl rate, but it'll still be crappy. Pinging down at the link level can take your crawl rate to 100%. We learned all of this stuff in building out our RSS feed+ping service.

It's great you are watching this stuff, because so few SEOs do that. Just be sure to look at the big picture - results in the SERPs - and not get hung up by PageRank/Alexa/Backlink count/etc.

A great way to get them indexed is checking google trends right now and making a blog on something that seems like it may last a while eg. wikileaks. Then create a blogspot on it and add a few quality posts and get the blog indexed via google ping, digg and mixx. Then in a new post throw all those links in Google's face!

Also took 2-3 weeks for forum profiles to show up the first time around but then I began using the following few methods and the turnaround time was much quicker:

  1. Use Scrapebox Rapid Indexer with a massive list.
  2. Blast blogs with recent posts which point to those profiles. Then ping those blogs.
  3. Create a bunch of rss feeds with your profile links split into 20-25 then post all them here: http://www.feedlisting.com/. Then take those html pages it creates and blast those to the blogs again. Ping those blogs again.

Not all will show up but most will if you use those two methods above. There are many methods but just keep looking for ways to have higher ranking sites pointing to all your profiles.
