Signed up for CJ and heres what I found

CJ auto approves the application to join the network.
You are a publisher and "programs" are advertisers.
Then you have to apply individually for each advertiser.
There are 3 categories of advertisers:
1) Auto approve.
2) Auto decline.
3) Manual approval or decline.
For India so far found 7 Auto approve advertisers
Applied for 3 Manual approval or decline, see what happens.

This is how it works on similar networks as JVZoo too. Network is auto-approve, most offers are not and it's in the discretion of the vendors, if you're getting approved or not to promote their products.

The "auto decline" offer group is interesting though, probably it's a geo thing or you need to have some track record first, before you can apply for those.

It has always been the same way. And I think auto approve and auto decline belong to the same category they just have different criteria for approval like geo, website, past earnings etc
