Click on the link that says membership and look at the different options. This is what it says for donor.

Yes, you'll be able to place a banner in your signature without an approved sales thread.

being a donor means you can have a link/banner in your sig
be advised - what ever you sell make sure it works b4 you do
other wise it will be revoked
also being a donor allows you to apply for a sales thread but
does not mean you will get it, thats upto the mods
if you intend to do what you mentioned to me via pm yesterday
you have a long way to go to fix it...you need to be 100% its
done right b4 you do it or the buyers will crucify you
and your product will be dead in the water and your 100$
to advertise will have been a waste of time.
you cant just sell proxies to people when the first few days showed
you didnt no how to filter them..take your time learn how its done
then buy your donor rank.
