Sick Marketing vs *Anything* questions

I have a subscription to Sick Submitter. I do not use it because I am lazy. Or stupid. Or both.

What is an alternative. I keep waiting for ScrapeBoard to come out but I don't want to wait any longer. What is an alternative to Sick that I can use while Scrapeboard is being developed? I'm sure Sick is an awesome tool. I just can't use it effectively.

I would like to have anchor text, profile links in forums. It would be fantastic if it could also make some simple posts. Maybe even post to a guest book.

What can I do to handle my forum posting needs?
