Sick And Tired

I rarely rant, but after being a lurker here for quite a bit before signing up for an account, I have this to say:

I am sick and tired of the following
● How to ...PBN relatedupdate

● Omygod SEO is dead/new algo paranoia update paranoia

●Please help me make $5/10/20/50/100 a day

●Massplaner is dead

●Do PBN posts still work

●How can I rank first page(followed by dumb replies/advice about high DA backlinks and pbn

●I want to rank fast but only with whitehat(oxymoron)

●Help, FB/insta/AdSense mass ban

●Newbies that don't even Google the terms “keyword research"/ “Local SEO” before coming here to ask if they can make money or rank first page if they don't know much about SEO

whatever happened to quality sharing and posts about how to optimize your website for conversions, case studies, analytics data settings to improve how your site converts, proper methodology of backlinkng or even sharing examples of well written articles and imagery?

now its all "my journey to $xxx a day" and the thread goes dead before the domain registration expires.


I miss the good old BHW. I hate how many trolls and idiots give genuinely naive newbies stupid advice like:" to rank in local listings you need 200 backlinks and social signals".newbies
For fucks sake, these newbies are naive and can't tell the difference and yet a lot of us here still persist in trying to look smart by giving shit advice that may cost the newbie a chunk of their starting capital.

If you think I'm over reacting, we had a guy yesterday asking about the good ol' PayPal money generator.

Think about it, there are a lot of newbies here that are from less well off countries and they are genuinely trying to see if making a dollar online is truly indeed possible in order to improve their quality of life. I'd say that at least 80% of the lurkers and new members belong to this demographic because we are already in the age of the gig economy.

I also hate how some here don't even bother with the customary stupid advice and go straight for the jugular with "yes mate, we can help you with this. Pm me for discussion." Its just maddening to see how far this once great treasure trove of knowledge has fallen.


I'm not going to apologize for the rant. I realized I had to say something after reading a post yesterday by Sherbert Hoover that was really informative and thought provoking to an extent. It made me reminisce of the days where gold like that was every where all over this forum.



I'm not sure if there is a much better variety of content in the V.I.P area, but the free area in general has just gone to shit if I may say so.

its not that I'm unfamilar with sarcasm, you need to work on the delivery.

I think my delivery was just fine, the guy that just replied on the other hand seems to be of the non comedic type tho.

bitch please, I'm not even looking for methods and schemes or whatever. I do my own SEO and marketing and my post was about the state of affairs on BHW and not what I personally sneed/want help with. So please refrain from forming an uninformed opinion that suggests you are unable to understand written context.

He is still on the ledge. All pumped up on endorphins from being pissed an angry. I understand because I get that way but choose not to post it on a forum. Though some points are valid there is zero ROI from ranting or bitching. So yes, back to work.

Bro this is what the forum is about. Most people are noobs and they ask noob questions. If you wanna hang with those who really make money you'd probably join some private forum where you have to provide proves you actually do IM (no not just pay 10-1k$ but show real proofs and come through an interview). Currently I don't know of any of those forums, possibly cause they are invite only, in the past few used to exist.

Theres some gold on here once in a while someone will make a casestudy that last more than 1 week and theyll update it, there are some good posts from some vet like sherb, leith used to post some good stuff before he went innactive. You just need to filter through the crap approx once a week i will find a true valuable thread. Just ignore the other crap i would say unless you want to join a mastermind this is as good as it gets. warrior forum is even worse i quit that forum fast just wayyyy too much bs to sift through

No one likes those stupid posts OP. It's frustrating to see them. It's like no one knows how to use the search function anymore.

On the other hand, no one here has time to hold anyone's hand.

The people saying "pm me to discuss" are just looking to take advantage of naive people.

The people giving shitty advice aren't trolling, they actually think that advice is the right answer. They're just parroting what they read on "guru" blogs, and have no idea wtf they're doing. I guarantee 99.9% of those people pay someone who has no idea what they're doing to do their SEO.

Misinformation about everything abounds.

Not to mention every time there is an update to anything, people start screaming the sky is falling and causing mass panic bc they were too stupid to have a plan B, save some money to invest in a more stable means of income, or adapt like an IMer should.

There are a few members here who ask for help and then literally get mad when people offer them real, solid advice.

Who the hell wants to deal with any of that?

Those of us who know what we're doing learned a long time ago that you can only do so much. We keep our ideas and successes to ourselves bc sharing them with noobs means everything will go to shit in a matter of weeks.
