ShutterStock Images

You'll be okay unless Shutterstock detect your website and put a report into Google AdSense that you are using their copyright material. However, that's highly unlikely.

You can use Shutterstock images/photos as long as you purchase the intended image/photo. You can try searching for Royalty Free images via Google . Another way is try to source for Creative Common license photos and images.

You may find those photos or images you like.

if you are going to use the same image for various purposes then you could purchase shutter stock image.

I never make my own images and have never had an issue with AdSense. I use google images to find all my pictures.

Don't use shutterstock images if you don't have license. You will be get sued.

If you get permission from them. Then you can use.
Or else use filtered image from google
In setting itself option is available for users rights image

I got a different question, but still related...

I search for a picture, and there were like 10 results of the same picture. Some have shutterstock (and all other) watermark, while some are from the blogposts of someone who paid for it and use it. My question: would they really be able to track every single use of their photo buyers?

I have encountered this many times where sometimes it is just more than 10 results of the same picture, with and without watermarks.
