Shut down by WP

Pretty well knew that it would happen (though I didn't learn until after the site was up and running) eventually. I wasn't sure what to do about it though since the site was ranking so highly and converting so well I was reluctant to do anything about this possibility and, foolishly, kept putting in work on it building backlinks, promoting etc.

I've only been doing this for a couple months and was dead broker when I started so went free everything. And, now that the income is starting to flow I get shut down. I generated several hundred dollars over the last few weeks so I can probably get real hosting now but I'll have to get a prepaid credit card first and it will take a bit. I'm trying to figure out what steps I can take now to start repairing this damage.
I have no idea what I'm doing really so any and all advice is very welcome.
Some info:
I do have a couple domains I recently got from intuit one a one year free trial - not sure if they can be used at all in this
WP did give me the option to export my data to upload onto another WP template (i think?) - again, not sure if this helps much

What can I do here? Is it possible to get it hosted elsewhere and have traffic from the terminated WP site redirected? (doubt this is possible but I don't know).
Or, if all that link building and search engine visibility is a lost cause and I need to start from scratch, what's the best way to go about that?
Possibly contact WP, offer to remove ALL affiliate links, and that way at least possibly retain that search engine visibility? - also seems unlikely

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice here! I'm pretty desperate as this is currently my only income and now it is abruptly cut-off just as it was starting to flow. My own fault in many ways but I simply didn't know about these policies when I started and I followed some bad advice.

For instance, I am at godaddy right now looking at domain transferring wondering if I can do something with that. If it will let me transfer my free intuit domain, which it looks like it will, would I then be able to upload my now defunct WP website contents directly on to this new domain with hosting? Then, though I have lost all my kw rankings and backlinks, at least I would have that to start from. This wouldn't be counted as duplicate content by google would it? Since the other site is no longer online it shouldn't it would seem to me.
Should I pull the trigger and transfer this intuit domain over to godaddy?

Not sure what is going on here.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. My site was a xxx.wordpress website. In other words a freebie started when I didn't know any better.
Today, it was shut down by the Wordpress folks for violating terms of service (affiliate links).
I'm after advice on how best to handle, and recover from, this painful blow.

They're not going to return your data - try to recover it though

Just start over on your godaddy domain use the same articles maybe change a couple paragraphs to help the duplicate content to a min.

since its a new domain and not a free one you should be able to rank pretty fast.

You can log in and recover all your information, however you will not get the site back up and running. I found it best to stay away from wordpress's hosted solution regardless of what you are doing is white hat or black hat, you can't trust that company for anything.

Don't use wordpress on GD hosting, too many problems. Get a hosting account on a decent webhost and transfer everything and use Canonical Tag to tell G you are the original publisher. I would also add a full list of all your URLs on the old domain to a indexer to tell google that the old site is no longer up and runnning.

Ok thanks. Sounds like the consensus is forget the WP site, transfer my TLD to godaddy, and get that content back online - with some changes possibly. And then start backlinking and promoting like mad.
Thanks for the replies. Will the search results for those old pages disappear? I would hate to think of all the people finding and clicking on a dead link at the top of their google search results.

Would HostGator be an acceptable hosting service? With the 30-day free trial that gives me time to get a prepaid card for regular payment with.

HG is fine but remember you will be on a shared server and that is a risk but until you have a large budget it is ok. Also HG doesn't issue unique IP addresses anymore so keep that in mind.

Will the search results for those old pages disappear?
Yes, cause you cannot redirect the old pages and the old URLs were on xxxxxxx.wordpress.com so you will lose all your rankings. I know it sucks but trust me, I had a much more damaging experience with wordpress.com hosted sites. They took down a number of my high end blogs about a year ago. I lost a ton of $$$, but life goes on. I have one remaining blog that is hosted by WP and we took some steps to make it safe and it has flown under the radar since the banning fever has started over at WP.
