I am promoting a product that has another product as a possible upsell. The other product (which is the upsell) requires whitelisting to promote by itself.
Around 50% of the times when I make a sale, I see the other product as 0 hops but a order form impression. Now finally someone made a purchase for the upsell product, but it is showing the value as 0$.
What could be the cause for this?
