You can easily do that with any page builder. I use Elementor it's the most beginner-friendly one and the recent updates made it pretty lightweight so it shouldn't affect your page speed that much.

But it is category archive, elementor can only be used with the page, right?

You can actually do a lot of stuff with Elementor Pro including changing archive pages.
You can even create individual templates for each category page you have.
Just create a new template, do the design, and set the template to be displayed on the category you want.
