Show me the money (dont click this)

I have a 15k follower twitter account in weight loss niche. All followers are real, receive about 7-15 rt/favs per tweet. Get some DM's of people asking for help and how they like my tweets.

Account maintenance does take quite a bit of effort because its a quality account. Account grows at about 3.6k followers/month.

Not really interested in randomly pitching CB products to maybe earn 120$ a month. Anything under $300-500/month isnt really worth the effort of maintaining account or worth potentially pissing people off.

Do not have a website on this niche.

How would you monetize? I feel like someone smart would build it to 500k over 3 years and create some huge email marketing/success story jared subway type scheme and rake in big -- but that's not me i guess.

Sell shout outs - its in the fitness niche, lots of people will be interested.

Shout outs at $50 a time could be an option.

Not with 15k followers, unless you get lucky.
I'd just bot the thing and let it sit for a couple months till it grows big.

He'll be lucky if someone pays him $5 for shout out. $50 is NOT an option because nobody is gonna pay that much to get a shout out from a 15k account, but i guess he can grow it and then monetize it.
