I recently saw a video on YouTube featuring Kevin Rose and Tim Ferris. I personally despise Kevin Rose and think he's a total retard who does not deserve any cent he got. With this proviso I would like to know something:
Why is it that those who are already rich become even richer and those who just don't get it stagnate? Tim Ferriss talks about those who "have enough money" but are still getting richer. What did they do which was "so awesome". Most pages are so boring and useless today, the only thing I use regularly are filehosters, youtube and google and I don't pay for any of that.
After all in the past it was just a lucky coincidence that something like Digg became famous and well liked. I don't know what you could learn out of that if you're Kevin Rose. But now this Kevin Rose acts as a business angel with money he never deserved. I mean for what? That douche cannot even talk properly and is utterly insecure. Why would anyone give him money even for advertising? Even today I don't know what the avail of Digg actually is. I mean as far as I know this is just a network where people are posting links of what they like so the linked site gets more hits. So why would I even watch that as a user who doesn't want to sell anything? It is obvious that people try to push their commercial websites and some retards actually trust them. But making millions out of that? That would require millions of people to attend. And why did they attend these sites and not this one or mine? I have NEVER seen a single ad from facebook here in germany outside. But everyone seems to "be on facebook".
We are all desperately trying to find a niche, but just look at that company: which kind of niche did Digg find? Which kind of niche does Wal-Mart have?
All huge companies do not have a niche, which is worth the name. And can't you remember the old saying:" think big "?
I think we are doing something totally wrong here. But at the same time I don't understand what I could learn from someone like Kevin Rose or even Tim Ferris, whereas Tim Ferris is way more sympathetic to me than this retard is.
Who can you trust in general? I tried a lot of Black Hat and White Hat techniques but first of all they are small tiny approaches which are all contrary to "think big".
You know what I'm really looking for:
- a feasible step-by-step method to make your business idea real.
- and a real warning sign which tells me when I am come to a deadlock and the idea is just not feasable.
But I guess you'll go: "Ask here, share". Do you think Wal-Mart would have shared their business idea with people they don't even know?
I mean, there are thousands of different writings about what to do to get started, right? But this is all way too general. For instance, I don't know about how to sell product X, all I know is "to find a niche", which is wrong from the get go as it contradicts "think big" aswell as it must be a huge coincidence that your niche is actually working for you.
Then the normal person who wants to get started does not have much money. So everything is small. And when you have money there is noone who could tell you how to think big. So you sink down to average again. This is a surefire way to be doomed financially.
Something else: why should we start with Internet marketing? Isn't that confirmation that your abilities are not there to be found so all you can do is to sell someone else's product? People say "I earn so much with internet marketing". Don't you get how much more you made someone else earn?
I mean go for it, show me one step by step method on this board which blends in with "thinking big".
