So many of the accounts that offer shoutouts (the ones that have clearly grown from bots- tbh, I have yet to see one that hasn’t) don’t seem to really have a desirable or engaged following. Thousands of likes and 14 spammy comments really makes me think no one is listening to you.
So... how do I find legit ones?
And, how do I approach a legitimate account with an organic following? Is it really a matter of asking if they sell shoutouts?
