Are shoutouts still good for accounts with less than 100 followers?
I have quality content and no one else is doing what i am so the page definitely has potential. I want to fast track my way to 15k followers so i can start monetizing but i am wondering if i pay people with 50k+ followers to shout me out maybe it wont be worth it since i dont have many followers already. IDK let me know what you guys think.
