Shoutcart are scammers now?

Can the owner of Shoutcart step forth and let me know why am i not receiving my money?

I sent an email yesterday because they haven't sent my payment even after a week, and i read before that they take care of that at the start of every week, but the money never arrived, and today i went to check the ID of my 3 payment to see if they were still "pending" on Shoutcart, to my surprise, it was marked as paid...Paid Where???

Why don't you contact their support?
 
Well i did, and i received an automatic response that they are "taking care" of the requests, which resulted in my empty payment.
 
If they are on BHW, shitlist them, otherwise do the necessary things to make them pay you !

Don't worry, just wait. What method of withdraw did you choose?
Remember- it can takes few days. Just token 2 days. Don't worry.

Did you get paid? We usually process payments in the beginning of the week. It might get held up when there is a lot to be processed.
 
SHOUTCART ARE SCAMMERS NOW!!

I deposited $100 into my shoutcart account and when it said the transaction cleared/went through my account still said $0.00 funds were in my account. I've contacted their support team with multiple emails and have gotten no response. If the owner or workers of shoutcart are on here can they please come forth!? Cause if not then they stole my $100 and are officially scammers! Hopefully I can go through PayPal to get my money back. So unfortunate
 
emailed them a week ago about an error when trying to ad my account again and i've had no reply. not ean issue of $100 being taken buts its still odd

we use zendesk and it has been down due to a DDOS attack, which was much publicized yesterday.

our support staff will get back to you shortly

Paid for a permanent shootout but the post remained just for an hour... I'm unable to contact their support department (no link on their website...) so I won't use their service anymore and advice you to do the same.
 
Shoutcart is a SCAM!!!! Most all accounts have fake followers and comments!! you can check for yourself. and once you upload money into there system you cant get it back. SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Got my refund though but did not use the service again.
