Should you use same web 2.0 for multiple articles on the same site?

Something that's been in the back of my mind, I've got a lot of aged web 2.0's that are linking to one specific money site page/article.

Let's say I've got 10 articles in a web 2.0, 9 of which are filler content and 1 article links back to a specific page.. should I limit this web 2.0 to only that page, or can I create another article linking to another article from my money site?

Post an article linking to a non-competitor authority site related to the niche, then some more filler(5-10) posts, then another link to your site.
You could get away without the other link and filler posts, BUT the key is toale it look like a natural, relevant blog to help others out and not just build links.
