Should the link go into website form field or comment field in blogs?

Does it count as a backlink if I just put the link on the website form field or do I have to put it in the comment field?

You should have a link with anchor text in the comment field. The website section does not allow for anchor text. Generally it just uses whatever name you give as the anchor or the website section.
