I'm talking about from a SEO standpoint. I know how to write properly.

I'm talking about my h1 tag, which is my wordpress post title....

Hello,

Capitalization has nothing to do with your SEO honestly. As long as you have your main keyword in the titles you should be fine.

Capitalization will not do anything on your Title keyword or description - it wont make it better than the one uncaps. If you put H1 on your body yes there might be a bit effect on your on page seo but wont be that much + it will not look good from user perspective, unless you use CSS to make it looks like regular text but underneath is H1
