Pretty simple one. Linking to my own Patreon page on my own website. Sponsored, no follow, or pass on the juice?

Honestly, I'd just rel=me such links. I'm not a fan of nofollowing absolutely everything. As long as it's relevant and not advertisment, nothing wrong with using a d0follow link - especially, when the resource is owned by you.

You can pass the link juice to your site but put saturated links in a blog. Try to give only 2 - 3 back links by a single referring domain.
