Should I wait to start an ecommerce site?

Hello everybody. I've spent a lot of time doing research, making contacts and developing a strategy for launching my first drop shipping site with shopify. I can not wait to get to work on it but I will be leaving the country for 3 weeks at the end of December. Should I wait to launch until I get back or are there any ways or methods of putting it on autopilot while I'm gone?
