Should I use WeChat or Alipay for China customers ?

Which one do you think is the most business friendly ? What are their pro/cons if you have experienced them ?

Both are fine. Most Chinese have both so you can have either one if you can't get both. WeChat is more than a payment tool. You can also use it to promote your products which is a huge advantage over alipay.

Wechat is the defacto in china. Everyone has it. So may be best to aim for that one and when you have developed your system, and it is making money, then you can move onto alipay

I use and suggest Wechat. But you can use both the more the payment methods the better it is for business.

If you do want to sell something to the Chinese, You should at least have one of them. For me, Alipay is better for business given it's the authorized payment gateway of Alibaba Corporation.
