Should I use proxy for this? Or just reset modem?

I want to post a lot on CL and some on Yahoo Answers and my account get banned, so I make more yada ydada. I was wondering to prevent my IP from being blocked is reseting my modem to get a new IP enough? I do not post massive amounts or have any sort of automated system so its not like Im spamming the hell out of CL, etc. At least not yet. Thanks.

Yes, you can do that. It works well if you are on DSL.
