Description tags good for user experience, title tags are important for seo

I mean meta keywords. I read that few years ago they was really important, but what now? I don't have it on my website, should I add it?

Exactly, what situation? Once I read that meta keywords should be added, then I read it doesn't matter or it is even worse for your ranking. That's why I am asking

Install the Yaost seo plugin and fill out proper meta desc for Google. Including a relevant keyword to the page won't hurt. Over optimizing meta can cause issues according to what I've heard.

Yes, they do. Meta tags are snippets of text that describe a page’s content; the meta tags don’t appear on the page itself, it will improve traffic of your website but not all of them and not all of the time.

Of course yes mate. With help of this tag, you can get well SEO optimized. But you must use them limitedly.
