I have about 300 real views on average on my website. Should I use AdSense on it? Will it earn me anything?

Per day / month / in total?

300 per day will earn you a little. If less then probably not worth it.

The best you can do is to try it out. Let adsense be there for a month and see for yourself how much it can generate.
