Should I use a proxy?

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and sorry if this is a stupid question. But I was wondering if I should use a proxy if I want to create a lot of accounts on social networking sites? Don't be afraid of posting suggestions and ideas.

Like facebook ? No, you shouldn't, I've created lots of accs from my IP and not even one got banned...

But you need to use proxy for Youtube, depends on a site.

How many accounts you made with facebook?
 
if you gonna to create more than 5 accounts you must use proxies
 
If you want to creatte accounts in FaceBook or Twitter, then you don't need to use proxy.
 
I have to admit that I am a little confuse, cause some of you say I don't need to use a proxy and some say you must use a proxy. Could someone explain me clearly if I should use a proxy to make many accounts on a site, and if yes well why I need to use a proxy? Thanks a lot

Anyone telling you not to use proxies is quite foolish and you will be screwed if you make more than 5 accts on an IP, just like spyguyzz says. Better to be safe than sorry bro.

I have tried ALOT of different private proxy providers and the best I have found is My Private Proxy check out my home page for a link in my profile. I cannot post links here yet
 
Proxies are definitely a must if you are using many accounts.

I've been using sharedproxies.com for a while now, and found them to be pretty reliable.

Yes definitely, you must use proxies to create multiple accounts in social networking sites. Try VPN it works very well.

But even the ones that allow only a few, there are still ways around it. Like spacing out the time intervals of account creations.

8 being the limit not the standard is the best approach you should take for say twitter.
At the end of the day proxy costs should be the least of your worries when making mass accounts. Your creating them to make money right? So if your proxy costs dont represent a tiny fraction of your profits. You should try a different business model.

you will need to get the private proxies that are friendly with Social media ;)
 
I wouldn't bother with the type of thing you are doing. You know when you need to have proxies as it will soon come up with IP blocked if you are signing up to lots of social network sites. If that happens, just buy hidemyass or something similar and plug it into your browser. I think hidemyarse is something like 70 bucks for the year.

Obviously it is a bit different when it comes to using software. Certain things you just can't do without proxies. E.g. checking indexing or Pagreank etc. in Scrapebox. If you don't use proxies, it will work perfectly for the first 100 or so and then it will just fail. If you use rubbish proxies, your success rate will be poor and this is when you need to start buying them. Scraping them yourself in Scrapebox or ProxyGoblin is ok but the success rate and speed will suck. I personally use semi dedicated proxies from buyproxies.org for my software and they're very good
 
get VPN from Hidemyass, that's cheap and work well
 
You already got a lot of suggestions but alas you can make 5 accounts on one IP. Every one here has shared their best of knowledge and this is really good.
