Yeah, I’d recommend turning on Automatic Content Checks. The Music Copyright Check helps you avoid getting your video muted, and the Content Check Lite lets you know if anything might hurt your chances of appearing on the For You feed. It basically saves you from posting something that could get restricted or flagged later.
Unless you’re 100% sure all your audio and content are completely safe, having these checks on is a nice safety net. I keep them enabled and it’s been helpful.

You can turn it on, it does not hurt the algorithm at all. It just warns you early if your audio or content might get limited. It does *not* boost reach, and it does *not* punish you if you leave it off. It is basically just a safety check, nothing more.

I’d recommend enabling it most of the time it just gives the platform more context about your posts and can prevent unnecessary flags.
