Should I try to rank domain before ranking subpages?

I have a website with multiple services pages (home services) - should I try to rank my main domain first and then rank those sub-pages or I can do in the same time?
Also any seller (for backlink/off page SEO) y'all would recommend on the market and tried personally?

You can rank your main domain first, if your authority is good. Then, if you build some high quality backlinks, your sub-pages will rank very quickly.

It's beneficial to start of your main domain. Then you have to work on the subpages.

Search for something on Ahrefs Content Explorer.

You can work on both simultaneously and make sure to keep a clear mapping of keywords and their targeted pages. Don't target a keyword or very similar kind of keywords from multiple pages (it will prevent SERP fluctuation which are common on service websites as website owners use keywords freely anywhere).

I would start with the pages that have the least competition and lowest monthly search volume as the first pages to rank. with that approach you get initial traffic to your site much faster. also, my advice is not to buy any link packages from this marketplace, all you will do is lose money.
