So Capcom decided to play big with this huge prize 2 millions $ in total and 1 million for the first prize https://sf.esports.capcom.com/cpt/

I used to play other fighting games on arcade machine but only a little of street fighter when I was young. Should I start training seriously now for this?

I think you underestimate how much things have changed since then. You're competing with hardcore gamers that have been training 12 hours/day for years. Either because they have no life or because they're playing professionally.

If you're gonna do it, do it for fun without any expectations. Realistically, you're gonna get spanked by a quiet, socially awkward 13 year old and send you into an early retirement from this career choice.
