22k global and 9.9k local isn't too difficult. Is that for exact or broad? I say go for it if there's a demand on whatever product you're trying to tie it in with. Also is it a buying word if you are selling/promoting a product?

you really should look at the competition. in quotes and in url is not a good decision factor. image they all have age 7 ,pr 9 100k backlinks ? look at the top 10 and then you ll see

difficulty depends upon against whom you are competing, although these factors matter, as there will be site with high pr and old domain age plus it might be possible that they are also using PPC campaign if not then its not much difficult to come up against it.

What about top 10 websites ? Age, PR, number of Backlinks, this is what matters, i don't look at those numbers except search count.

Looks great from here. I never worry about EMD. Slap a few high PR backlinks to your money site and you'll be fine.

Always think that you will never be successful on what you do if you don't try. I say go ahead. Does not matter how hard the figure nor the competition would be. If you fail move on and do another keyword or process you want to do. If you are successful on what you do then, you do it again.

Always have a plan before you work on it so you will know where you messed up and which was a good process. Enjoy ^^

Here's what traffic travis has to say, and they said it's relatively easy, but I'd rather trust you guys than a demo of some software that I'm just now starting to learn

It will be so easy to rank for that keyword, you can do it with good ON-Page optimization only. Is it a monetizable keyword ?
