Hi,

I'm a poker player with around 10 years of experience, and I didn't play for less than 50$/h (theorically, high variance on my games) since ages. Actually, I'm not even "happy" when I play for 50$ hourly.

Since covid, I've spent more and more time on SEO. 5h per week, then 10h, then 15h and finally almost full time during the last 3 months to launch 3 websites (evergreen and easy to medium niche) with this potential:

- Website 1 : 50k visitors/month - 300 articles - RPM between 15 and 30$
- Website 2 : 150k visitors/month - 300 articles - RPM between 5 and 15$
- Website 3 : 150k visitors/month - 200 articles - RPM between 5 and 10$

So, in best case scenario after 2 or 3 years of work and some investments to outsource content writing, I will earn between 2250 and 5250$. It's quite nothing compare to my results at poker and it's just hypothetical...

I really like SEO, especially elaborating strategy and finding interesting niches. Less content writing but I like article optimization.

Anyway, I think that I commited myself too much on it... what will you do at my place?

Spending 30-40h at poker + 5-10h on SEO (on tools and managing my writers) seems the best idea for me.

Thanks.
