No. Anyone that has a problem with coffee needs to look at it in the big scheme of things.. if you get rid of all of your vices you'll still never live a "perfect" life. You'll just have no fun and probably live an extra 2 years longer while you're a geriatric.

Unbalance is bad, Coffee was never bad, nor addictive.
You are over drinking coffee, so try to drink less, let's say 1-2 cups a day!

dont stop please, there is nothing wrong with coffee.

I have 3 double shots per day. I’ve heard it’s very good for your liver. That came from a liver consultant in the uk so I’m sticking with that :)

Sounds like my doctor.

Used to go there various sporting injuries. Said keep drinking scotch till it stops hurting.

If it still hurts in the morning then come and see me.

Coffee is one of my badest habbits after I quit to smoke

i have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 cups per day am also trying to reduce
my caffeine intake with processed ginger tea. but i need coffee to work.

Is drinking coffee bad thing? I am drinking about 4-6 short espresso each day... Is this bad habbit? Should i make a journey here to abandon this bad habbit? :/

Sry for grammar mistakes i am on the phone and dont have grammarly. :D

4-6 double espressos? that sounds like too much
I think 2 a day is fine, assuming u don't have any heart/blood pressure problems...
but def no reason to stop drinking coffee in general, coffee is great and pretty healthy in the right doses..

* im not a doctor nor do I know anything about anything and this advice should be taken as such *

I drink 1-2 cups of espresso a day without sugar or milk. i think it's not that bad.

I was drinking about 12 -14 cups of coffee a day. I couldnt wake up properly in the morning until i had at least 3 coffees!

Alex Becker done a surprisingly good video about coffee and thats when I quit.

First of all, no one’s saying you should quit drinking coffee — your daily java habit is probably healthier than you think. But if you suspect you’re drinking too much coffee or caffeine and want to cut back, here’s what could happen.

1. You could lose weight
2.You could sleep better
3.You could have more frequent headaches
4.You could have a healthier smile
5.You could have difficulty concentrating
6. You could become constipated
7. You could feel calmer

Taper your dose down. Maybe even go cold turkey for a week or two. It'll be tough, but resetting tolerance is important.

It's personal. To each his own.

All I know is that I'm more efficient WITHOUT coffee

Thanks, COVID for helping me break my Starbucks habit

I used to drink as much as 3 coffee shop coffees per day!

I drink a lot of coffee too, and rught this morning I decided to just have a cup of varista coffee at most every day. I got reallu scared cause my left side of the chest started to feel badly and my heart started pounding too much.

First you ask is this bad habbit and right after this you said that this is bad habbit.

Why are you asking when you have decided?

And no, it's not a bad habbit, maybe you should drink a little less, let's say 2 coffee daily. I'm drinking 2-3 daily and can't live without it.

I like to give medical advice on marketing forums. There is not much evidence of downsides of caffeine intake such as coffee as long as you avoid overdosing.

What does your doctor say?
I do full blood-work and other tests every six months.

You don’t need to stop it, just reduce it to 2 max a day.

Caffeine is like a drug. Over time your body starts to tolerate it and it'll take more caffeine to have the same effect, and overtime your body becomes dependent/used to having a certain amount of caffeine in your system. This is why a lot of people who develop a coffee/caffeine addiction can't function without their morning coffee.

It wouldn't hurt to cut back a bit, you could start slowly by reducing how much you consume by 1 drink every few weeks until your body adapts and gets to a healthier tolerance, or you could try quitting cold turkey but you'll likely experience withdrawal symptoms.
